Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy last within 7 days after receiving products. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return and Exchange:
- If the product you received is damaged, misprinted, broken, or the wrong size, etc.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All customers are kindly requested to unpack the package carefully. If the package is damaged while opening it with scissors or any other sharp object, a refund will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or images of the courier cover.
If you notice any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remarks while signing. This will help us in claiming a refund from the courier service.
Non-Eligible Items:
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
- Custom or personalized items (unless there is a defect or error on our part) are not eligible for return or exchange
- Items that are damaged during unboxing or unpackaging at the customer's end.
- Items that show signs of wear or use are not eligible for return or exchange
- Items not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange
- To uphold strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on essential items like Face Masks/Protects/Shields.
- Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Refunds/Exchanges is not applicable on highly discounted products (unless there is a defect or error on our part).
Exchange is purely subject to product availability.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- You can submit a claim for an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery though My Accounts>orders.
- You are required to securely package the item, ensuring it includes all original packaging, tags, and labels.
- After our support team verifies your return request, we will initiate a reverse pickup from our end. Once the items are collected, the process of refund or exchange will be initiated.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, a refund will be initiated. This process is expected to be completed within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
COD (Cash on Delivery): When submitting the refund form, you will need to provide your bank details for us to initiate the refund if you are eligible. Alternatively, we can offer you a gift coupon equal to the value of the refunded item cost, which can be used for your next purchase with us.
Exchange:
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, we will ship the new item to you promptly.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
